An early year's recruitment consultancy Agency that closely works with nurseries, nursery schools and Montessori settings to recruit candidates to match their job requirements and open positions for candidates from all backgrounds.

Nurseries are in high demand, and there are many opportunities for student’s childcare, child psychology, Hygiene, Health and Social care to gain work experience hours in this field. By working in a nursery, students can learn about the different aspects of childcare, such as child development, nutrition, and safety. They can also develop their communication and interpersonal skills.

We are interested in offering work opportunities for the Early Years, we are happy to find all students work on part-time and full-time roles, which include:

• Nursery assistant (Agency bank staff roles)
• Playworker (Agency bank staff roles)
Other Roles include with Experience and Level 2/3 and above Early Years Educators
• Nursery Practitioner / Educator (Permanent or Agency Bank staff roles)
• Nursery Room Leader (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

· Support children aged 0–5 in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
· Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
· Assist with daily routines including play, feeding, and hygiene
· Promote children’s development, independence, and well-being
· Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive setting
· Work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with parents where required
· Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns appropriately

• 08:00 – 13:00
• 09:00 – 17:00
• 08:30 – 17:30
• 08:30 - 18:00
• 10:00 - 17:30

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or relevant experience for unqualified candidates)
· Minimum 3–6 months recent experience in a nursery or childcare setting · Safeguarding Children Level 2 (preferred) (we can provide once registered)
· Paediatric First Aid (preferred but not essential) (We can Assist with that)
· A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
· Passion for working with children and supporting their development
· 3 references

Salary:

£15.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
