Summary
Nepacs is a regional charity which supports positive futures for prisoners and their families.
We are seeking a Famuly Support Assistant to work closely with the Family Support Worker and wider prison-based team. The post holder will help create a welcoming, supportive and family-focused environment, assisting with family visits, family engagement activities, family days and the provision of practical and emotional support. The role will be to support the delivery of Nepacs' family support services by providing information, guidance and practical assistance to people in custody and their families, promoting positive family relationships and contributing to improved wellbeing and rehabilitation outcomes.
All applicants will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience of working with families and disadvantaged groups in a multi agency environment and a passion for making a difference.
