Summary
Claim Help UK Ltd, a leading accident claim management company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the company’s continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong professional relationships, expanding the company’s customer and referral network, and increasing awareness of its accident and injury claims services.
Main duties include:
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, increase referrals, and grow the company’s revenue and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professional partners, vehicle repairers, recovery operators, courtesy-car providers, and other relevant businesses.
• Identify, pursue, and convert suitable business leads into new clients, accounts, and long-term referral partnerships.
• Clearly promote the company’s accident and injury claim services while ensuring that all information provided is accurate, professional, and not misleading.
• Manage the business-development pipeline, maintain accurate records, monitor account performance, and achieve agreed client-acquisition and revenue targets.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in attracting new customers, building professional relationships, and developing referral partnerships.
• Good understanding of customer engagement and organisational, planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain claims-management services clearly and professionally.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurance providers.
