We’re looking for someone to join us on a short-term basis to provide vital cover over the summer months, helping us maintain a high level of service for our tenants.

As our new MSO Plumber, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch, cost-effective services to all Merthyr Valleys Homes properties. Your mission is to provide high-quality, value-for-money services with a strong emphasis on customer care.
Is this for you?
We’re looking for someone who truly reflects our values and is passionate about making a difference by working in partnership with our tenants. You’ll bring extensive experience across all aspects of plumbing, alongside a strong ability to carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance within residential properties.
With a customer-focused mindset, you’ll be confident working directly with tenants every day, taking the time to understand and respond to their individual needs. You’ll also have the practical skills to accurately measure, plan, and order materials for each job, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Experience working in a housing association is advantageous but not essential.
