Monday–Friday | 4am–5am start | 10-hour shifts
New pass Drivers considered!
Pay & Benefits
£16.00 per hour (paid weekly, every Friday)
Overtime after 40 hours: £21.75 per hour

About the Role
Join a market-leading waste management company where your driving skills help keep local communities clean and support environmental sustainability across the Sleaford area.
We are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Skip Relief Driver to support operations in Quarrington (NG34).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and operate skip loaders and RoRo vehicles
Deliver and collect skips from domestic and commercial sites
Ensure safe loading, unloading, and secure transportation
Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
Follow all road safety and compliance regulations
Provide professional and friendly customer service
About You
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
CPC card and Digital Tachograph card (essential)
Previous experience in skip or RoRo operations (preferred)
Background in waste/recycling (advantageous)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work outdoors in all weather
Strong communication and teamwork skills
