About the Role
Advance Management is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator to join a busy and growing laundry facility in Bolton. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who are looking to build a career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are processed, packed, and prepared for distribution efficiently and accurately.
Career Progression: This role offers genuine long-term prospects, with the potential to progress into a Team Lead position for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and leadership qualities.
Please note: Due to the early start time of the morning shift, applicants should ensure they have a reliable means of travelling to and from the site for all shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently pack laundry items for dispatch while maintaining quality standards.
Build, wrap, and prepare pallets safely and accurately for movement and shipment.
Maintain productivity and focus in a fast-paced production environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organised.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse, production, or manual handling environment.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Full flexibility to work both rotating shift patterns.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute as part of a team.
