Summary
An experienced Cleaning Supervisor is required to join the Support Services team in Estates. Applicants should have excellent supervisory, leadership and communication skills. You should ideally be qualified to SVQ/City and Guilds/ BICSc levels and have at least two years previous supervisory experience within a similar environment.
You should have extensive knowledge and experience of cleaning practices, products and equipment and of managing a team in a busy, diverse and progressive environment. You should have the ability to cope well when under pressure and demonstrate trustworthiness, dependability and initiative, along with an enthusiastic and helpful manner.
Experience in a similar environment is desirable, but training will be given.
