As a Hospital Cleaning Operative with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention, helping to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
The Role
Deliver the highest standard of deep cleaning services within your designated areas of responsibility
Carry out specialist and scheduled deep cleaning duties across wards, clinical areas, patient rooms, corridors, and associated facilities
Ensure all cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment are used safely and correctly in line with procedures
Follow infection prevention and control procedures and maintain high hygiene standards at all times
Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and site procedures
Report any hazards, near misses, faults, or incidents to your manager promptly
Support the wider team to ensure cleaning schedules and service requirements are completed effectively
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working around patients, staff, and visitors
