Summary
hap Flexi is back for another epic summer of festivals – and we're looking for energetic, reliable bar staff to join our team.
Work alongside great people, earn money doing it and be part of some of the UK's most iconic live events.
Whether it's your first festival shift or your fifth summer with us, we'd love to have you on board.
What You'll Be Doing
Serving drinks and handling transactions on busy festival bars
Delivering great customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Working as part of a supportive team who are all there to make it a great event
⚠️ A Few Things to Know
Shifts are long (10–16 hours) — but worth it
Festival bars get seriously busy, so comfort under pressure is a must
Camping is required at multi-day events (tents and sleeping bags provided by you - more info on registration)
✅ What We're Looking For
18+ (licensing requirement)
Confident communicating in English
Friendly, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
Well-presented with a positive, can-do attitude
