Summary
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Support Workers to join our team providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours in supported living and residential settings across Crewe. For this role you must have Safety Intervention training from the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI training)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
Manage challenging behaviour in a calm, professional, and compassionate manner
Support service users with daily living skills, personal care, and emotional well-being
Administer medication in line with care plans and organisational policy
Undertake regular welfare checks and maintain clear, accurate records
Respond effectively to incidents, including safeguarding concerns and self-harm risks
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including mental health professionals, social workers, and families
Promote independence, dignity, and respect for every individual
