About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Children's Support Workers to join an established EBD Children's Home in Loughborough.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their independence, well-being, and personal development within a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support young people with their day-to-day needs
Promote positive outcomes and independence
Build positive relationships with young people
Support individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
Maintain accurate records and reports
Follow safeguarding procedures and company policies
Participate in a rolling rota including sleep-ins
Essential Requirements
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Previous experience working with children or young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
