About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join a busy green waste recycling site in Colsterworth, Grantham.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing operation, playing a key role in the handling and processing of green waste materials. You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently, supporting shredding and screening operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
Feeding green waste materials into shredding machinery
Supporting screening operations and material separation processes
Sorting, moving, and managing materials around the site
Carrying out daily machine inspections and reporting any defects
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Following all site health and safety procedures at all times
Assisting with other site duties as required
What We're Looking For
Valid 360 Excavator licence/certification (essential)
Previous experience operating a 360 excavator in a waste, recycling, aggregates, construction, or similar environment
Experience working with shredding or screening operations would be advantageous
Strong awareness of health and safety requirements
Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Monday to Friday working pattern with weekends off
