Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Football Coach to guide and develop our academy players, who train offsite at the Cray Wanderers ground. The successful candidate will deliver a professional, structured and dynamic football programme while supporting students’ growth both on and off the pitch. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of young footballers, all of whom are studying full‑time courses alongside their football academy commitments.
The successful candidate will take ownership of delivery of a professional, structured and dynamic football programme while working closely with college staff and other stakeholders to ensure players excel both on and off the pitch.
This role is 6 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.
