Young Person Support Worker
Location: Grantham
Salary: £12.80 per hour + additional sleep-in payment
Hours: 20–26 hours per week | Part-time
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Young Person Support Worker to join our team in Grantham, supporting young people aged 16–25 as they develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living.

Key Duties:
Support young people with developing independent living skills Provide guidance and encouragement with emotional and practical challenges
Help individuals build confidence, resilience, and life skills
Support young people to work towards their goals and aspirations
Maintain positive relationships and provide consistent support
Complete daily records and contribute to support plans
About You:
The ideal candidate will be caring, reliable, and committed to helping young people succeed. You will have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
Experience in youth support, care, supported accommodation, education, or similar roles is desirable, but full training and support will be provided for the right person.
