About the Role
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Casual Chefs to join our culinary team at Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club.
This is an exciting opportunity for chefs who are passionate about producing high-quality food and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Working alongside our experienced kitchen team, you'll play a key role in preparing and delivering outstanding food in a fast-paced and varied environment. No two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work across a range of services and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a busy and collaborative kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and service.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard, following recipes and specifications.
Ensure all food is produced in line with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
Assist with stock control, deliveries, stock rotation, and minimising food waste.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
Support colleagues across different kitchen sections as required to ensure smooth service delivery.
Contribute positively to the team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience
Experience working within a professional kitchen environment.
Experience within a busy hospitality or catering environment is desirable.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality food.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing business demands.
Good understanding of food safety, HACCP procedures, and allergen management.
Personal Attributes
Positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Passion for food and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Professional appearance with clean chef whites and own knives preferred.
