Job Overview:
The Office Assistant’s role involves performing administrative tasks and providing support to co-workers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Scanning, photocopying and filing documents.
● Maintaining accurate digital records on our online platforms.
● Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and maintaining personnel records where required.
● Monitoring stock level of office supplies including stationary, PPE etc.
● Perform general administrative tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, including preliminary enquires when required.
● Undertake general office duties and additional administrative tasks as directed by management.
● Always maintaining confidentiality and data protection policy and compliance with company policies.
Must Have:
- Right to Work in UK.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organization skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and a learning attitude.
- Dedication and good attention to detail.
