Our newly transformed Global Technology Centre is the hive of innovation and technology for our high profile client. The campus is in the heart of the Cheshire countryside offering a blend of ultra-modern working environment in historically significant, manicured 65 acre estate.
We are looking for someone passionate about managing & supervising the daily janitorial operations on site. This includes overseeing the team, ensuring stock rooms are replenished, cleaning equipment is maintained, waste removed and the Purespace cleaning consumables are prepared on a daily basis as well as providing an amazing customer service - our team pride themselves on maintaining high standards to provide the best working environment possible for our client.

The Role
- Oversee janitorial & waste operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shift
- Conduct stock taking and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of cleaning equipment
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure the highest standards of work activity both from self and the team
- Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
About You
- Experience with the use of a compactor & composter is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working on a corporate account is preferred though not essential
- IT skills & the ability to use company systems is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do hands-on attitude to the role
- A full UK drivers licence, held for at least 12 months is required
