Summary
Prepare and deliver sermons, Bible teachings, and spiritual messages during church services, seminars, conferences, and ministry programmes.
Support the Parish Pastor in overseeing the spiritual growth and development of the church congregation.
Provide pastoral care, counselling, encouragement, and spiritual guidance to church members and visitors.
Conduct marriages, baptisms, dedications, and other church ceremonies in accordance with Christian faith and church practice.
Assist in planning and coordinating worship services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, and special church events.
Work collaboratively with church departments and ministry leaders to strengthen ministry effectiveness and community impact.
Support evangelism, missions, discipleship, and community outreach initiatives.
Help develop and implement discipleship and spiritual growth programmes for members of all ages.
Attend leadership and ministerial meetings and contribute positively towards the vision and mission of the church.
