Hours: Full-time – 36 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis) 8am - 9pm, 9pm - 8am

About the Service
North Lodge is a 10 bed supported living service supporting adults male and female with autism, mental health and learning disabilities. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including cinema, shopping, gym and walking, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, mental health, ABI, and dementia to live life their way.
You’ll:
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure
Entry Level – £13.45 per hour
You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
