Summary
Team Locum is a specialist complex care agency supporting clients across the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, and Solihull. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables individuals with complex health needs to live safely and independently in their own homes.
We are supporting adult males in the Solihull area, and are looking for someone who can support throughout the week.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves supporting clients with a range of complex care needs through a combination of longer day shifts and domiciliary care visits within the community.
Successful candidates will be expected to provide high standards of care, promote independence, and support clients with their daily living activities while always maintaining dignity and respect.
Hours Available
*Fridays- 9am-5.45pm
*Alt weekends- All day
DRIVERS ESSENTIAL
Essential Skills
• 3 months previous care experience within UK
• Experience with administration of medication
• We are accepting females or males for this role
• Needs to be able to attend training based in Kings Norton B30
