Summary
Trainee Welder / Fabricator
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trainee Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established and highly skilled fabrication team near Ipswich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that truly invests in its people. You’ll be working alongside experienced Welders, offering hands-on training and long-term career progression.
The Role:
• Assisting with a variety of welding and fabrication tasks
• Working from engineering drawings to produce bespoke parts for the finished goods.
• Learning a range of welding and fabrication techniques
• Working as part of a small, skilled team
What We’re Looking For:
• Some basic Welding (college qualification or similar)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Practical, hands-on mindset
• Reliable and keen to build a long-term career
