Summary

JWE Trading Limited, trading as GoldBank Jewellers, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop the company’s marketing activity across its retail jewellery business.

The business operates in the retail jewellery sector and requires a commercially focused Marketing Manager to plan, manage and improve marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, brand visibility, online enquiries, in-store footfall and sales growth.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy across digital, local and retail channels. The role will involve managing paid advertising, website and online presence, customer campaigns, seasonal promotions, reporting, supplier coordination and brand communications.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop and manage the marketing strategy for GoldBank Jewellers across online and offline channels.
* Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for jewellery sales, watch repairs, luxury watches, engagement rings, gold buying and other retail jewellery services.
* Manage digital marketing activity including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing and website content.
* Analyse campaign performance, customer enquiries, sales trends and return on marketing spend.
* Work with internal teams to understand commercial priorities, product promotions and customer demand.
* Coordinate creative assets, photography, video content, landing pages, advertising copy and promotional materials.
* Improve the company’s local visibility in Nottingham through search, social media, reviews and local marketing activity.
* Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign performance to the director/senior management.
* Support customer acquisition, retention and repeat purchase strategies.
* Ensure all marketing activity reflects the company’s brand, reputation and retail jewellery positioning.
* Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, suppliers and advertising platforms where required.
* Maintain accurate marketing reports and make recommendations based on performance data.

Essential skills and experience:

* Previous experience in a marketing manager, digital marketing manager or similar commercial marketing role.
* Strong understanding of paid advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing and website performance.
* Experience using analytics and reporting tools to measure marketing performance.
* Ability to plan campaigns that support sales, enquiries and customer growth.
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
* Good commercial awareness and ability to work in a retail or consumer-facing business.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and priorities.
* Confident working with senior management and external suppliers.

Desirable skills:

* Experience in retail, jewellery, luxury goods, fashion, watches, e-commerce or a premium consumer brand.
* Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
* Experience managing local marketing campaigns for a high-street retail business.
