Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the care service in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead, support, and develop the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to service users.
Ensure all staff are trained, competent, and adhere to company policies and care standards.
Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Monitor service quality through regular audits and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including care documentation and compliance reports.
Engage with clients, families, and external agencies to promote a collaborative and person-centered approach to care.
Requirements
Registered Manager qualification compliant with CQC requirements.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a care or health service setting.
In-depth knowledge of care standards, legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and service delivery efficiently.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals.
