Summary
Kingdom is recruiting Environmental Enforcement Officers in the Harrow (HA3) area, offering a full-time role (40 hours per week, 5 days) with flexible shifts including evenings and weekly pay at £14.80 per hour.
This is a varied, field-based position where you will patrol local areas to identify environmental offences such as littering and fly-tipping, enforce regulations, issue Fixed Penalty Notices, investigate incidents, and engage with the public, businesses, and stakeholders to improve community standards. You will also collect evidence, carry out follow-up visits, and support wider safety initiatives while maintaining accurate reports. We are looking for confident communicators who are professional, calm under pressure, and able to handle challenging situations, with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, reliable approach.
Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, flexible with working hours, and able to work independently; previous enforcement, security, or customer-facing experience is desirable. A full five-year checkable work history and a Disclosure and Barring Service check are required, along with completion of pre-employment checks.
In return, Kingdom offers weekly pay, full training and qualifications, career progression opportunities, a supportive team environment, and the chance to make a real impact in creating cleaner, safer communities.
