Summary
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Mansfield team, supporting young adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex needs in a supported living environment.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals live fulfilling, independent lives. You’ll provide person-centred support, promote well-being, and assist service users in engaging with their community—all within a safe and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties
• Assist with safe medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships
• Promote independence and help individuals access community activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 months’ experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, or challenging behaviours
• Strong communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach
• Flexibility to work long days and sleep-ins
