Summary
Are you an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for a rewarding opportunity within a high-quality early years setting?
Action Staffing Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly nursery team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering either 4 or 5 full working days per week.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an early years environment and a passion for supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. You will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Promote children's wellbeing, independence, and confidence.
Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive nursery environment.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Work collaboratively as part of a professional childcare team.
Candidate Requirements
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner within an early years setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive, caring, and professional approach to childcare.
Passion for supporting children's development and learning.

This role is subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check in accordance with safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements.
