Action Staffing Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for Nursery Teachers / Early Years Practitioners at all levels (Level 3, Level 2, and Unqualified/Teaching Assistants) to join a high-quality nursery setting in Putney or Southfields, London.

Successful candidates will be placed in either Baby Rooms or Main Nursery School rooms, supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with EYFS standards.

Salary Structure
Level 3 & Above (1+ year experience): £33,000 per year
Level 2 (includes paid Level 3 training): £26,500 per year
Unqualified / TA (includes paid Level 2 & Level 3 training): £25,500 per year

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver activities in line with EYFS framework
Act as a Key Person for assigned children
Track learning, development, sleep, and eating patterns
Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, play, and learning activities
Create engaging learning environments and displays
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Attend regular parent meetings and provide progress updates
Follow strict safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
Candidate Requirements
Level 3, Level 2, or willingness to train (fully supported)
Passion for working with children aged 0–5 years
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of safeguarding (training provided where needed)
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare
Safeguarding & Recruitment Checks
