Our client, a leading specialist provider, is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Support Workers to join their dedicated team in a scenic rural setting. Key Responsibilities:

Support residents in their daily lives, fostering independence, confidence, resilience, and personal growth
Engage in farm-related and outdoor activities alongside residents
Assist with social, recreational, and skill-building programmes tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
Support residents during social activities such as local discos, pub visits, film nights, and games
Work collaboratively with a supportive team to create a safe, enriching environment
Support residents with their personal care and daily routines
Take individuals to their chosen places of worship as required
Drive the service vehicle to take residents out in the local community

Requirements:

Genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities
A proactive and positive attitude
Flexibility to adapt to indoor and outdoor activities
Willingness to participate in social and recreational activities
Ability to drive and take residents out in the service vehicle
Previous experience in care or support work is advantageous but not essential
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
