Summary
To be responsible for and assist in the management of Adult Social Care legal services to the Council.

• Vulnerable Adult legal practise
• Experience of providing leadership, guidance and support to colleagues and the legal team to enable effective decision making.
• An excellent track record of building internal and external relationships which deliver.
• Experience of establishing and maintaining a strong and effective performance culture that is responsive and customer focused.
• Experience of leading and delivering change and service improvement that promotes improved outcomes for the Council.
What you will do:
To ensure that robust and effective legal advice and assistance is provided to the Adult Service Team and ensuring representation for the Council in Courts, Tribunals, Inquiries, Hearings and negotiations
