Paragon Education is seeking confident Cover Supervisors to support Secondary Schools across Redditch from September 2026.
The Role
Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Supporting students to remain engaged with learning
Providing feedback to teaching staff
Requirements
Experience working with young people
Strong behaviour management skills
Ability to work independently and confidently
Qualifications
Degree desirable but not essential
Relevant education, coaching or youth work experience welcomed
Pay Rate
£110 - £140 per day
