Summary
Preaching and Worship: Preparing and delivering sermons, leading Sunday services, and officiating rites like weddings, baptisms, and funerals services. Pastoral Care: Conducting one-to-one counseling, hospital visitations, and home visits to support congregants through personal crises. Representing the church in any outside conference. Discipleship & Education: Leading Bible studies, coordinating youth or children's ministry, and training volunteer teams. Ready to teach Sunday school lesson base on Baptist doctrine. Church Administration: Assisting the senior Pastor in church activities. Managing church operations, budgeting, and ensuring safeguarding/health and safety compliance. For Evangelists: Outreach and Mission: Organizing street missions, community events, and social action programs to connect with unchurched populations.
