Summary

Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club we have an exciting new opportunity to join our experience team as Fan Experience Manager.
The Fan Experience Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of engaging, high-quality matchday and event experiences that enhance fan satisfaction, support engagement and encourage repeat attendance.

This role focuses on experience design and execution, ensuring key fan touchpoints - particularly on matchdays for both the men and women’s first teams - are well planned and consistently delivered. The role works collaboratively across departments to influence the wider fan journey and support the delivery of core experiential elements.
