Run field operations for a national energy retrofit business.
Scope
• Manage 20–40 canvassers
• Coordinate installers and schedules
• Track conversions, revenue, margin
• Manage CRM and reporting
Requirements
• 3–5 years ops or sales leadership
• CRM experience (HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive)
• Track record hitting targets

Month 3: 30–50 installs
Month 6: 80+ installs, scaled profit operation
