Summary

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales & Marketing Management Intern to join our growing team. This placement offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales management, marketing strategy, business development, client relationship management, and market research.

You will work directly with senior management on live projects and play an active role in supporting sales growth, marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities and sales leads.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Assist in maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales databases.
Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Assist in managing customer enquiries and coordinating sales activities.
Marketing Management
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
Create marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.
Assist in managing company social media accounts and online presence.
Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence research.
Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing analytics reports.
Assist in organising networking events, promotional activities, and business development campaigns.
Management & Business Development
Participate in strategic planning and business development discussions.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
Support project coordination and stakeholder communication activities.
Monitor project progress and prepare management reports.
Assist management in identifying opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.
Participate in decision-making discussions and contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing performance.
Skills & Requirements
Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Management, Sales Management, MBA, or a related discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is desirable.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Passion for sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement.
