At Norton College Tewkesbury, we're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Pastoral Support Assistant to join our specialist team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping students feel safe, understood and ready to learn. Every day, you'll be a trusted adult, positive role model and source of encouragement for young people with additional needs, helping them build confidence, regulate emotions and develop the skills they need to thrive both in school and beyond.

Support students during periods of dysregulation, anxiety or crisis in line with Behaviour Support Plans and risk assessments.
Accompany and support students during educational visits, community activities and enrichment opportunities.
