Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in an acute hospital environment.
Assess patient health status and report any significant changes to the medical team.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical observations regularly.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
Requirements
Valid nursing registration and RMN qualification.
Proven experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

Pay Per Hour: £31.00
