Summary
We are currently recruiting two Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join a warm and supportive Early Years setting in Barnet. You will be working with children aged 2–5 years, supporting their development through engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 2–5 years
- Plan and support engaging activities aligned with EYFS
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Work effectively as part of a small nursery team
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards are maintained at all times
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery/early years setting
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework
- Passion for early childhood development
- Reliable, caring, and team-oriented approach
