Summary
Recruitment Professionals are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in South East London for an experienced SEN Support Worker to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting children with SEN within the nursery setting
• Assisting with EHCP planning and implementation
• Working closely with staff, parents, and external professionals
• Referring and supporting children with additional developmental needs
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN
• Knowledge of EHCP processes and planning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early years childcare and child development
