Summary

About the role

You’ll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs. This is a genuinely varied role where you’ll play a key part in helping people enjoy life and reach their goals. This includes

> Supporting with medication, personal care, and household tasks
> Assisting with appointments and financial support
> Encouraging and supporting a wide range of activities such as swimming, football, discos, arts and crafts, horse riding, and even holidays abroad


What you need

> A full UK driving licence (essential for supporting individuals to activities and appointments)
> A flexible approach and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and sleepovers
> A caring, patient, and positive attitude
> Previous experience is beneficial but not essential – values and willingness to learn are key


Typical shifts

You will be required to work a mix of the following shifts (32.5 hours):
• 10am – 10am (includes sleepover)
• 10am – 3pm
• 4pm – 9pm
• 8am – 4pm
• 4pm – 8am (includes sleepover)

Please note: shift times may vary slightly to accommodate the individuals’ schedules. Sleepovers are paid at regular rate.
