Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Catering Chef to join our busy catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with company standards, recipes, food safety regulations, and production schedules.
Key Duties:
• Prepare and cook meals to a high standard.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and production plans.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Monitor food quality, stock levels, and minimise waste.
• Keep workstations clean and organised.
• Work effectively as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a catering or commercial kitchen environment.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
• Food Safety Level 2 qualification is desirable but not essential.
