Summary
20-25hrs per week.
To ensure that guest bedrooms, public areas and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest bedrooms to agreed hotel standards.
* Change bed linen and make beds to a high standard.
* Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitise all bedroom areas.
* Clean and replenish bathrooms, toiletries, towels and guest amenities.
* Check rooms for maintenance issues and report defects promptly.
* Ensure all rooms are ready for guest arrivals within required timescales.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of reception areas, corridors, bars, restaurants and meeting spaces.
* Handle linen, towels and laundry in accordance with hotel procedures.
* Monitor linen stock levels and report shortages.
* Ensure laundry areas remain clean, organised and safe.
