Cleaning Supervisor – Part Time (5:00am – 8:30am) Position: Cleaning Supervisor Hours: Part Time – Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 8:30am
Reports to: Site Manager Job Description We are looking for a reliable and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily
cleaning operations during the early morning shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning staff,
ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained, and supporting the smooth handover to the day supervisory team.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the cleaning team during the morning shift.
Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard and according to site requirements.
Conduct routine checks of cleaning areas and address any issues promptly. Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance and attendance.
Report any cleaning, maintenance, stock, or health & safety concerns to the Site Manager.
Provide clear handovers and operational updates to the day supervisors.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly.
Maintain compliance with company policies, COSHH regulations, and health & safety procedures.
Support with training and guidance for cleaning operatives where required. Complete any necessary documentation, reports, or checklists.
equirements Previous cleaning supervisory experience preferred. Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. Good attention to detail and organisation skills.
Flexible, reliable, and punctual. Knowledge of cleaning standards and health & safety procedures.
