Are you an inspiring Early Years leader looking for a fresh challenge? We are seeking a passionate Toddler Room Leader to join our client team ASAP.

This role offers a fantastic 40-hour working week with a variety of shifts and the at least one half-day per week, ensuring you have time for yourself outside of the classroom.

The Role
You will lead a dedicated team to ensure the smooth daily running of the Toddler room.

Key duties include:

Leading & Mentoring: Delegating tasks and acting as a positive role model for your team.
Education: Planning and assessing individual child development in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
Partnerships: Building strong relationships with parents and children.
Leadership: Deputize for Management when required and act as a positive role model at all times.
Candidate Requirements

Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience leading a room in a nursery setting in the UK.
Skills: Strong ICT skills and excellent communication (verbal and written).
Mindset: Passionate, motivated, and adaptable with an extensive knowledge of the current EYFS.
Safety: A current and clean Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid certificate are essential.
