General Assistant
Primal Raw is a busy raw pet food business, and we are looking for a friendly, reliable and hard-working General Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role helping with the day-to-day running of the business. Duties will include picking customer orders, assisting customers, processing payments, answering phones, taking in deliveries, working in the freezer, and helping with general daily tasks around the business.
The role involves regular manual handling, including lifting and moving stock, as well as working in a freezer environment. Full training will be provided where needed.
The successful applicant will need to be reliable, friendly and able to work well both by themselves and as part of a team. They must be able to work during the week and at weekends when required, with some flexibility to help cover shifts.
Useful but not essential skills include a full manual driving licence, knowledge of raw feeding, a forklift licence, and previous customer service, retail or warehouse experience.
We welcome applications from suitable candidates who are willing to learn and who have a positive, practical attitude to work. Reasonable adjustments can be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
