About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our busy Deptford office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a residential portfolio while delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Conducting property inspections
Managing tenancy renewals and compliance requirements
Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management (more preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
Full UK driving licence required
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Deptford
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
5-day working week
