Summary
The role entails attending to maintenance & repairs in an Elderly Person's care home, including basic electricals, plumbing & decoration. You will also be responsible for Quality Assurance for safety in the Home, recording your findings and advising the manager of any issues that need addressing. You will be either a plumber or electrician in the past, or be a competent handy person. You will need appropriate communication skills. Basic I.T. skills will be useful including attending to PC, wifi and printer issues. References will be required. You must have a right to work in the UK.
