Summary
A great job opportunity has become available for a passionate Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Milton Keynes area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers
A specialized, low-capacity luxury facility combining high-calibre residential amenities with bespoke, individualised clinical care
As a Staff Nurse your key duties include:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ needs and identify individual care priorities
• Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC standards and company policies
• Develop, review, and maintain person-centred care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, promptly reporting any concerns and arranging GP or specialist healthcare visits when require
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**
The successful Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.00 - £21.00 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 36 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
