Summary

We’re excited to welcome a reliable new team member!

Someone who is organised and proactive, and will help to run day‑to‑day operations across orders, customer service, stock management and marketplace admin.

What you’ll be doing

- Processing orders from our website and sales channels
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and message
- Managing stock — checking levels, placing orders, updating inventory
- Maintaining sales platform account health
- Supporting business growth with basic lead finding and direct order handling
- Generating new business via phone sales

What we’re looking for

- Strong communication skills including phone sales
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Comfortable using computers and online dashboards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience

Previous experience required (minimum 1 year), however full training in our processes and systems will be provided. Based in Netherfield, Nottingham, NG4.
