Summary

The Careers and Employability Service at Wrexham University is seeking to appoint a Student Adviser (Employability) to support the delivery of high-quality careers services and employability activity. You will work closely with our Head of Careers and Employability as well as, our professional Employability Navigators and Careers Advisers to strengthen resources and signpost students and graduates to appropriate supports enhancing their employability and career management skills.

The post holder will play a key role in driving engagement with employability and careers activity while collaborating with all areas of the University and will particularly work closely with our ASK team as well as Digital Learning, and the Welsh Language, Heritage and Culture team. The role also completes tasks with external organisations and agencies to enhance the offer of careers related interventions.

Based at the Wrexham Campus, with activity delivered across all physical and digital locations, the Careers and Employability Service is a core part of the Student and Campus Life Directorate. The Directorate brings together key student-facing services, delivering modern, integrated approaches that enhance the overall student experience.
