This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team working in a permanent, full-time position.
Working to a HR Officer you will provide administrative support for specific academic and professional support departments within the University, You will be responsible for all administrative duties including recruitment, maintaining HR systems, monthly reports and maintaining staff records as well as acting as a first point of contact for HR queries for your specified areas.
The Successful candidate will be a strong team player with the ability to work on their own initiative and make judgements within the boundaries of the role.
Candidates should be educated to 2 AS Levels or 1 A Level or NVQ level 3 in a relevant administrative subject area and have previous experience of working within an office /administrative environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible.
The role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
